Key Performance Indicators, everyone in an organization knows what they are and has at least one of them, or worse, a full range of them. But why do we actually use them? Why are they relevant in the changing world of ICT and information management?

To a large extent, organizations are not fully aware of the possibilities that KPI’s offer them in order to reach their corporate goals. That’s a shame because good KPI’s are essential in maintaining the succes of an organization.
